Our firm chewy caramels have the rich buttery flavor of traditional caramels, but with the extra depth of flavor from honey. No skimping: honey is the main ingredient here!
We sprinkle coarse Utah sea salt over our plain honey caramels to make the ultimate sweet and salty treat. We use a sea salt mined here in Utah that is unrefined and full of natural minerals and flavor. [Please note that there is color variation due to minerals in the salt crystals. They vary from clear to pink to dark gray.]
